Along with the white-faced Capuchins, Mantled Howler monkeys also visited the grounds of my guesthouse beside Cahuita National Park. They were less common and more skittish than the Capuchins. Species ID Suggestions

Description:
Please correct me if i am wrong in ID. Distribution is wrong but def looks like female Aglaiocercus berlepschi.
The female is 9.5–11 cm long. The tail is shorter than that of the male but still fairly long and slightly forked. Females have a blue crown and white throat, breast and belly. The male is 22 cm in length with the elongated outer tail-feathers accounting for 14–15 cm. Its plumage is mostly iridescent green. The throat is blue and the outer tail-feathers are violet, becoming blue towards the tips.
This really looks and sounds like the bird I saw, but the distribution is off.
